New Veyron Super Sport takes production sports cars to a new dimension

Bugatti has made history with its new hardcore Veyron, the 16.4 Super Sport when it achieved a new landspeed world record for production cars. The venue was the Volkswagen proving grounds at Ehra-Lessien and was verified both by the German Technical Inspection Agency officials and a representative of Guinness Book of Records.

On Saturday 3rd June 2010, the Super Sport achieved an average top speed of 268 mph.
